By signing the French Diversity Charter, a document intended to promote pluralism through recruiting and career management, BOURBON adds to its commitment to equal opportunity in employment.

Considering diversity to be a factor of unity, BOURBON has an active policy towards recruiting and promoting local talents in all of its areas of operation. As an example, in West Africa, 65 % of the positions in BOURBON's main region of business are held by local employees.
