As an international offshore marine services provider operating in more than 30 countries, we integrate social, environmental, ethical and governance considerations into our decision-making, operations and business relationships. Our approach is guided by our values, our Code of Conduct and the principles of the United Nations Global Compact.
We believe that operational excellence, respect for people, and responsible environmental stewardship are key drivers of long-term value creation for our employees, customers, partners, and the communities in which we operate.

Our sustainability strategy is built around three focus areas that reflect both the realities of our business and the expectations of our stakeholders.

Sustainability matters are overseen directly by Executive Management and are reviewed regularly by the Executive Committee.
Support the energy transition
BOURBON contributes to the development of offshore energy while supporting the reduction of the environmental footprint of offshore activities. We work closely with our customers to identify and deploy practical solutions that improve energy efficiency, reduce emissions and drive operational innovation.

- A TRIR of 0.57 in 2025, the Group's best performance in seven years, while maintaining its zero-accident ambition
- More than 93% of the employees most exposed to compliance risks completed the Group's Compliance training
- 63% of procurement is sourced locally or regionally
- 100% of critical suppliers have signed the Supplier Code of Conduct
